Wednesday Morning in ChongQing

I arrived on time in ChongQing late Tuesday afternoon.  Such fun to
come through the gate and find Koert and Gea on the other side.  After
a taxi ride into the city to their apartment we sat down to coffee and
cake and talking.  So many stories to catch up on.  A little later we
walked out into the garden surrounding their building and heard the
birds and crickets.  Lovely warm summer evening.

I'm staying in a lovely guest house just up the street from them.
I've had a great night's sleep with the air con and am ready for a day
of friends and family.  More stories to come.
