Friday Morning Mix

Don't you love the weather folks on the days they predict a bit of everything. That's the way today seems a bit. It's lovely and warm but pretty muggy. There's going to be some sun, some rain, some cloudy.

I feel that way with the news I received a bit ago as well. I have to smile when I hear that Grandma Gunzel, who is 99 years old and loves the Lord, is slipping away pretty quickly as her family gathers around. What a gift I've had for years to hear the stories of her life as a missionary decades ago in Mongolia and China. We've shared many laughs together, as recently as just before I left when Mom came with me and the four of spent some time together.
